Lack of sleep is a risk factor for many serious health conditions. I stumbled upon this natural remedy for helping one fall asleep and waking up feeling refreshed. It is 2 ingredients: Himalayan Salt & Raw Honey. These two ingredients combined contain more than 80 minerals and elements that your body needs for different biological processes in the body. Here is the recipe, let me know what you think. I have tried it for 7 days now and feel great so I thought I would share:

  • 1 teaspoon of Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 5 teaspoons of Organic Raw Honey

Mix them together. You can make as much as you want to keep on hand. JUST PUT A LITTLE BIT (about the size of the tip of your pinky) under your tongue every night before you go to sleep and let it dissolve naturally. Good night and see you in the morning!
