Now that you are drinking plenty of water and dry-brushing your skin to eliminate toxins in the body, it is time to eliminate the toxins you put on your skin or in your mouth everyday. Shampoo, body gels & soaps, laundry soap, hand soap, lotions, sun tan products, bath products, cleaning products, toothpaste, and more contain many chemicals that can lead to various cancers, Dementia & other brain disorders, headaches, hormone imbalances, immune suppression, digestive disorders, infertility, liver & kidney conditions, and toxicity.

There are tons of recipes online to make your own toothpaste, scrubs, cleaning products by using essential oils and more. You can turn your household into a toxin free environment by using all natural recipes and ingredients. Here are some examples: I use coconut oil as a moisturizer everyday and make my own toothpaste with baking soda, xylitol, coconut oil and spearmint essential oil.
